Information we have just gotten is that KCCA skipper timothy Awany and vipers’ player tom Matsiko are to bag 10,000 dollars each as a sign-on fee to join big league side Wakiso giants at the end of the season.
Our sources at the papo giants have informed us that the club is yet to sign Awany at the end of the season, “his contract with KCCA is ending soon and he is not planning on renewing it, so this is the opportunity that we have to tame and him and join us, we are going to give him 10,000 dollars as sign-on fee so that he can join the club” he said.
“As for Matsiko we have agreed on terms with his club and he is to join us by the end of the season and if all goes well and we join the super league, that player will be playing for us” he added.
Our efforts to get to the Public relations of the two clubs where the players are playing went futile as they could not pick up the phones to clarify on the issue of the players leaving their clubs for wakiso giants.
Wakiso giants are the table leaders in the second division of the super league dubbed the big league if the deal is to go through these players will join the likes of Karim Ndugwa, Hassan Waswa Dazo, Steven Bengo, Feni Ali and many other players.
