After a controversial resignation which caught many by storm the outgoing executive director has rushed to the high court seeking an order to attach the salary of kampala lord mayor Elias Lukwago, which is attached to his account. She did this through her lawyers of Kasirye Byaruhanga and Co. Advocates.
Jenifer musisi says that she is owed up to Shs 47million by Mr. Lukwago arising from the costs awarded to her by the High Court months ago, which he failed to pay.
In July 2012, the High Court judge Eldard Mwangustya dismissed with costs Lukwago’s application in which he accused Musisi of overstepping her mandate and passing off as the city head by convening meetings with city traders.
This has come just days after High Court set the hearing date for the case in which Lukwago is accusing Musisi and the Minster of Kampala of withholding his salary closing to 536 million shillings.
These two have been having their differences from the time lukwago was voted into office right from his first term as lord mayor of Kampala
